The Enneagram is an ancient tool that can assist you in recognizing and loosening the grip of your ego patterns. Even more importantly, it can assist you in transcending them through deepening in experience of your Soul and the gifts you came to share.
The Enneagram can help you identify the qualities of your own particular ego, to see the specific fear on which the ego’s patterns are based, to clarify where it is that your ego judges itself, and as a Soul, to release those judgments. From the altitude of self-observation, you may step into a fuller Awareness of your Soul and experience Loving resonance with all expressions of your ego.
When we come fully into Self-Acceptance, the natural Authentic Empowerment of Soul Awareness is present, and we can know ourselves as the Presence of Love.
The Enneagram then serves as a tool to highlight your particular Soul gifts, which are the higher vibration of each point on the Enneagram.
The big opportunities of the Soul-Centered Enneagram are to love your ego and to experience your Soul in its loving embrace of your ego.
“The first teaching of the Enneagram is that you are not a type, because you’re not really an ego, and nor are you your body. In truth, you are a Soul. And your Soul nature is unbroken, unlimited, and free.” – Robert Holden
USM welcomes back Robert Holden for a five-day master class on the Enneagram—one of the oldest Self-Awareness tools on our planet, dating back at least 2,500 years.
Over five days, Robert will guide you through the nine Soul journeys of the Enneagram. He will coach you on the basic anatomy of the nine personality types of the Enneagram—the Helper, Achiever, Perfectionist, Peacemaker, etc. He will show you how to coach yourself to experience greater Self-Awareness and Happiness.
In this powerful intensive, Robert shares how he uses the Enneagram as a daily spiritual practice and in his work as a coach. “I’m so grateful I know about the Enneagram. It has helped me in every area of my life—my writing, being a parent, my friendships, being a coach, everything!” Robert says.
Robert brings the Enneagram vividly alive as he draws on the wisdom traditions, sacred poetry and art, and even Hollywood(!) His Nine Soul Meditations anchor an energy that supports you in using the Enneagram in your daily life.
The purpose of the Enneagram is to be less of a “type” and more of Who You Truly Are!
